Data Retention Policy

  • Data Permanently Deleted: Your profile credentials, login access, passwords, phone authentication records, biometric unlock tokens, and active sessions.
  • Data Retained for Legal Compliance: Historical commercial green leaf delivery notes, factory invoices, and ledger records are retained in compliance with Sri Lanka agricultural tax and commercial audit laws.
