• Account Information: Name, business or dealership name, phone number, email address, and authentication credentials when you register or log in.
• Tea Collection Data: Green leaf collection records, gross and net bag weights, tare deductions, leaf grades, route numbers, vehicle allocations, and farmer receipts.
• Operational & Financial Records: Factory deliveries, payment sheets, dealer advances, and ledger transactions associated with registered tea estates, factories, and smallholder farmers.
• Location Data (Optional): When collectors and drivers use the mobile application, route location data may be collected with user permission to calculate routes and verify collection points.
• Device & Diagnostic Information: Device model, operating system version, network status, and app performance logs to ensure offline sync reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the TeaBuzz field collection and factory ERP service.
• To enable offline weighing records and automatic background synchronization when internet access is restored.
• To generate accurate payment sheets, tea weight receipts, and dealer-to-factory delivery reports.
• To authenticate users and protect your dealership account against unauthorized access.
• To provide customer support and service updates regarding system maintenance.

3. Data Security & Storage

We employ strict industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:

• All network transmissions between the mobile app, website, and servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
• Database records are stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase / PostgreSQL) protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
• Offline local data on mobile devices is held within sandboxed local application storage.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or agricultural business data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

You maintain ownership and control of your data:

• Access & Correction: You may review and update your profile and operational records through the app settings.
• Account & Data Deletion: You can request full deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by visiting our Account Deletion Page or emailing support@teabuzz.lk.
